Review: milani LIQUIF’EYE metallic eye liner pencil
This stuff is pretty awesome.
in “01 Black.”
This eyeliner pencil is super creamy, super pigmented and just glides amazingly.
- It stays on the waterline relatively well (I use it to tight line).
- For a precise line, I take my angled brush, swipe it against the tip of the pencil a few times and draw on my top lash line!
- Is just a pigmented black with no shimmer and is not metallic.
- Around $5.
- Is SO creamy/pigmented that it really does look “liquid.”
The left swipe is just the pencil itself, the right swipe is me smudging it. But once this stuff dries, it will not budge!
In fact, I still have a slight indication of these lines on my wrist!
